Refund & Cancellation Policy – Tasha Jewelleries

At Tasha Jewelleries, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

✔ Eligible for Return:

* The product is **damaged**, **defective**, or **broken**

* You received the **wrong product**

* The product has a **major quality issue**

You must inform us **within 24 hours of delivery** with clear photos/videos as proof.

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

* Change of mind

* Size or fitting issues (please check product details before ordering)

* Personalized or custom-made jewellery

* Used or worn products

* Items purchased on sale or discount

* Damage caused after delivery


2. How to Request a Return**

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us within **24 hours** of receiving your order.

2. Share:

* Order ID

* Photos or videos of the product and packaging

3. Our team will verify the request within 1–2 business days.

4. If approved, you may be asked to ship the item back or we may arrange pickup.

**Return Conditions:**

* Product must be **unused**, **unworn**, and in **original packaging**

* Tags, bill, and box must be intact

* If the product fails inspection, the return will be rejected


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued **only** for approved return cases such as:

* Damaged product

* Defective product

* Wrong item delivered

**Refund Method:**

* **Store Credit** (quickest option)

* **Bank Refund** for prepaid orders

**Refund Timeline:**

* Store Credit: **1–2 business days** after quality check

* Bank Refund: **5–7 business days** after quality check

**Note:** Shipping charges are non-refundable.


4. Cancellation Policy

**Before Shipping:**

* Orders can be cancelled **within 6 hours** of placing them.

* Full refund will be processed for prepaid orders (if cancelled within 6 hours).

**After Shipping:**

* Orders **cannot be cancelled** once shipped.

* If the customer refuses delivery, shipping charges will be deducted.


5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

* Earrings

* Nose pins

* Customized items

* Gift cards

* Sale/discounted products


6. Damaged Packaging at Delivery

If the outer package appears tampered or damaged

1. Do **not** accept the parcel

2. Ask the courier to mark it as “Rejected - Damaged Package”

3. Inform us immediately with photos/videos
